The JSS Academy, Mauritius is the first Higher Education Institution operating as an Engineering College in Mauritius since 2006. It has now diversified its portfolio of programmes to include non-engineering ones as well.
The JSS Academy is managed by the JSS Education Foundation Pvt. Ltd, Mysore, India, which runs under the aegis of JSS Mahavidyapeetha (JSSMVP).
The JSSMVP is one of the largest educational service providers in India, offering education starting from kindergarten to doctoral levels, in various fields including engineering, medicine, dental, pharmacy, naturopathy, nursing, law, management, pure sciences, arts, commerce, vocational and spiritual education. The JSS Academy, Mauritius is located in a sprawling campus of 8 acres situated at Bonne Terre, Vacoas. The campus comprises of 14,689 sq m of built up area.
The required classrooms, laboratories/workshops and equipment for each of the schools are as per the norms established by the university curriculum and respective and regulatory bodies.
The JSS Academy, Mauritius is approved by the Government of Mauritius, registered and accredited by Tertiary Education Commission (TEC), Mauritius.
